On April 20, 20██, D-Class personnel were dispatched to explore SCP-2935. One survivor, D-9341, returned six days later on April 26.

D-9341's body exhibited signs of advanced decomposition, but he was immune to the "Death" effect. He relayed a message that he had encountered a skeletal entity within SCP-2935, which he referred to as "O Death."

O Death communicated through a radio broadcast heard by the outside world, stating that it had escaped SCP-2935 and would "bring death to all."
