Devin Hester Jr., the son of NFL Hall of Famer Devin Hester, is off to an impressive start in his high school football career.

The 19-year-old wide receiver and defensive back for Cedar Shoals 4A High School in Athens, Georgia, has already drawn the attention of several major college programs, including Wake Forest, which he unofficially visited earlier this month.

Hester Jr. is a versatile athlete who can line up at a variety of positions on both offense and defense. He is a dangerous playmaker with the ball in his hands, and he also has excellent speed and athleticism.

In his junior season at Cedar Shoals, Hester Jr. caught 35 passes for 600 yards and six touchdowns. He also rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns, and he had four interceptions on defense.

Hester Jr. is also a standout in track and field. He is a state champion in the 100-meter dash, and he also competes in the long jump and triple jump.
